Simple Exercises For the Arms


No matter how young or old you get, toned arms can definitely add plus points to your beauty meter. Check out Madonna! This hot momma is already famous and beautiful but the sexy curves on her arms make her look younger and fierce.
You do not need to go to the gym to achieve a pair of well-toned arms. There are simple exercises you can do at home to have arms like Madonna’s. The exercises however simple will not be effective unless you have the discipline and time to do the routine.

Bicep Curls


Beginners can use a pair of 5 lbs dumbbell but you can also try up to 15 lbs dumbbells. Stand in upright position, legs apart Make sure that your feet are aligned with your shoulders. Slowly lift your arms into a curl position and lower back down with control. Do this in 10 repetitions with sets of 3.

Tricep Dips


This can be done by using the bottom stair or a sturdy chair. Sit on the chair with your hands on the side of your hips. Let your palms rest on the chair with your fingers hanging on the edge of the chair. Slowly move your backside off the chair with your palms still in place. Extend your legs as far as you can but keep your upper body in sitting position. Slowly lower your hips down with your elbow bending backwards. Don’t let your butt touch the floor. Then slowly lift your hips up. Do this in 10 repetitions with sets of 3.

Lateral Raises


Use 1 to 3 lbs of dumbbells for each hand. Stand up in upright position (same position with bicep curls).  Carry the dumbbell on each hand and let your hands rest on your sides. Slowly lift your hands sideways then slowly lower your hands without touching your hips. Do this in 10 repetitions with set of 1.

Do the exercises regularly, at least 3 times a week, and you’ll achieve gorgeous sexy arms in no time. Jennifer Hudson's Sucess to Losing Weight


It's not easy to lose weight but seeing someone who successfully does it, is enough motivation for me to do the same. Jennifer Hudson used to be a size 22 but now she is a size 6.
